STAs

Short term accommodation — supported stays that give participants and families a break.

Level Up — free inclusive sports programs

Basketball, footy and more — run with local clubs so everyone can join in, build skills and make mates.

Mentoring Guideline

Our comprehensive guideline outlines our mission, vision and core values — see how we nurture growth and provide tailored mentorship.

Our key to transparency

Meet the people behind Homie — our mission, our values, and the mentors who make it all happen.

How it works

From first hello to reaching your goals

Free meet and greet

No cost, no pressure. We get to know you, you get to know us — and see if we're the right fit.

A plan built around your goals

We sit down with you and your family and map out what you want to work towards, in line with your NDIS plan.

Matched with the right mentor

You're paired with a mentor who shares your interests — the connection matters as much as the support.

Regular sessions

At home and out in the community, with physical activity and healthy habits built in where it makes sense.

Everyone in the loop

We work alongside parents, carers and allied health professionals as one team.

Check in, adjust, keep going

We review what's working and change what isn't, so the support grows with you.
